HashFarm offers the following services:

• Mining Calculator (HashSense): Calculation of mining profitability, ROI, and maintenance costs
• Farm Management: Management of mining configurations and miner fleets
• Transaction Import: Import and analysis of GoMining transaction data
• Miner Wars Analysis: Week-based evaluation of mining performance
• HashRace Raffle: Participation in community raffles and contests

All calculations and analyses are for informational purposes only.

3. Disclaimer for Calculations

We store only the information necessary to provide the Services: login credentials and anonymized or user-entered farm data so that Users can access their data across devices. We do not perform individualized analyses or sell personal data. We use anonymized analytics (e.g. Google Analytics in anonymized mode) to understand site usage.

All calculations, prices, ROI values, and forecasts provided on this website are:

4.2 Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time. Contact us at: HashFarmme@gmail.com. Upon receipt of a deletion request we will delete your account and associated stored data promptly. Backups and residual copies will be removed within 14 days where technically feasible.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use this website for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Automated access (scraping, bots) without permission
• Overloading our servers (DDoS attacks)
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Manipulation of raffle systems or multiple accounts
• Unauthorized copying or redistribution of our content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (code, design, texts, logos, calculation formulas) is copyrighted and owned by HashFarm or its licensors.

8. HashRace Raffle - Special Conditions

The HashRace feature is currently informational only. There are no purchases, prizes or payouts offered through this website. As such, the raffle rules that applied previously are not in effect. No age restriction applies in the absence of prizes or purchasable entries.

9. Availability & Maintenance

We strive for high availability of our services. However, we cannot guarantee continuous accessibility.

Maintenance work or technical problems may lead to temporary outages. We assume no liability for resulting damages.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Registered users will be informed of significant changes by email.

Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HashFarm excludes liability for damages arising from the use of the Services. This includes investment losses resulting from our calculations, data loss, third-party service failures, lost profits and indirect damages. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for personal injury, liability under the Product Liability Act, or other non-waivable consumer protection rights) remains unaffected.

In particular, we are not liable for:

• Investment losses based on our calculations
• Data loss (we recommend regular backups)
• Third-party service failures (Supabase, GoMining, etc.)
• Lost profits or indirect damages

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and the use of this website are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction is Karlsruhe, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
